Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) when buying online.

Digital seminars

Digital seminars open immediately after purchase. At checkout you consent to delivery starting right away, and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun. This is the standard arrangement for digital content under § 22 n.

In-person seminars

Events held at a specific time are exempt from the right of withdrawal (§ 22 m). That said: if you can't make it, write to us at kontakt@bergpsykologer.no and we'll try to find a solution.
