Privacy

Berg Psykologer AS is the data controller for the personal data processed on this platform. We collect only what we need to deliver seminars and certificates.

What we store

Your name, email, profession, licence number (if you provide it), purchases, watch progress, quiz attempts and completions. Licence numbers exist solely to appear on your certificate.

Who processes it

Payments are handled by Stripe and Vipps — we never see your card number. Video is streamed via Bunny (EU), email is sent via Proton Mail (Switzerland), and the database is hosted in the EU. We sell nothing to anyone.

Statistics and consent

We always use cookie-free, aggregated visitor statistics (Plausible), which identify no one. If you allow it, we also use Google Analytics for more detailed statistics; it loads only after you accept the banner, and never otherwise. You can change your choice at any time: change your analytics consent.

Your rights

Under your profile you can download everything we have stored about you, and delete your account. Receipts and issued certificates are retained anonymized, as bookkeeping and documentation rules require. Questions? kontakt@bergpsykologer.no.
