Terms of purchase

These terms apply when you buy seminars or therapy sessions from Berg Psykologer AS (org. no. 935 632 501).

What you buy

A digital seminar gives your personal account access to the video content, including any live session and its recording. An in-person ticket admits one named participant. Access is personal and may not be shared or resold.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in NOK with any VAT included. Payment is by card (Stripe) or Vipps. Employers can order by invoice — contact kontakt@bergpsykologer.no.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued when you finish a seminar. It documents completion and is not an accredited specialist qualification.

Cancellations and changes

If we have to cancel or move an in-person event, you choose between a seat at the new date or a full refund. See also the right of withdrawal page.

Buying therapy sessions

Therapy sessions are booked in our booking system and apply to the agreed time. Prices are listed on the pricing page. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged half the session fee, and within 24 hours the full fee; weekends do not count toward the deadline. See the pricing page for details. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a purchase, contact us at kontakt@bergpsykologer.no and describe the problem, and we will resolve it as quickly as we can. If we cannot reach a solution, you may bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
